Durban Poison F1 Hybrid is a
stabilised expression of a legendary African landrace sativa, refined
through first-generation F1 breeding to enhance consistency, vigour, and
structure while preserving its authentic genetic identity. This
cultivar delivers reliable performance with classic sativa
characteristics and strong uniformity across grows.
Plants grow tall and open, with
elongated internodes, narrow foliage, and spear-shaped colas in bright
lime-green tones accented by auburn pistils. Despite its sativa
dominance, Durban Poison F1 produces a generous coating of resinous
trichomes, maintaining both visual appeal and potency.
Its terpene profile is
unmistakable, led by sweet anise and liquorice layered with pine,
citrus, and earthy spice. The aroma intensifies when broken apart,
revealing deeper herbal and woody notes.
Effects are clean, uplifting, and
mentally stimulating, delivering sharp focus, creativity, and sustained
energy without heavy body effects. It is widely valued for daytime
functionality and productivity.
Flowering completes in
approximately 7–8 weeks, with strong yields and excellent adaptability
to training methods such as LST and supercropping. Indoor and outdoor
cultivation both benefit from its F1 vigour and resilience.
