Christmas Delivery

Allow plenty of time for your delivery to arrive around Christmas. Please order for Christmas early, particularly for International deliveries, with recommended latest order dates for Christmas Delivery below. Whilst we cannot gurantee your order will arrive before Chirstmas in all cases, we always do our best!

Christmas Delivery (UK)

18th December for 1st Class

19th December for Special Delivery

10th December to:

UK Deliveries

1st Class recorded normally takes between 1 - 5 working days after dispatch

Special Delivery should be delivered before 1 pm the next working day after dispatch

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days after receiving payment

International Deliveries;

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days after receiving payment

Most orders are expected to take between 5 - 15 working days but we cannot guarantee this as some orders may take longer, you will receive full delivery details within your automatic dispatch email.

We also offer a tracked courier service for £25- £50 depending on where you are located, which takes 4-7 days to arrive.

Postage
We always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible and arrive as safely as possible. At Discreet Seeds we respect your privacy and always send orders in discreet, plain packaging with no reference to our company or the contents of the package.

Postal Options

UK Royal Mail First Class Signed for and Recorded Delivery
We combine first class delivery and recorded delivery as one to ensure your parcel arrives 1-5 days after dispatch and to ensure your order is easily tracked. A signature will be required for your order.
Delivery Cost - £3.99

Special Delivery – UK
Royal Mails most reliable and fastest delivery option is the UK mainland Special Delivery. Orders processed with the selected Special Delivery option will arrive with you before 1pm on the next working day after dispatch. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days after receiving payment. All Special Delivery post is tracked and you will be able to view the progress of your delivery on the Royal Mail website.
Delivery Cost - £7.99

Royal Mail Signed for – International
International Signed for orders will arrive roughly after 5-10 working days after dispatch and a signature will be needed upon delivery. A tracking facility can be found on the Royal Mail website; however this can only be used until the parcel leaves the UK.
Delivery Cost - £11.50

International Airsure – No signature
The quickest method of receiving an international order is to select the Airsure option for delivery. Airsure orders have priority handling both overseas and in the UK and are delivered within 5-10 working days. Your Airsure delivery can again be tracked on Royal Mail.

International Tracked Courier Service
This tracked, insured courier service takes 1-5 working days to arrive and is charged at £25-£50

Discreet Seeds’ Returns Policy
Any items that you want to return have to be approved by Discreet Seeds first. You can gain consent by contacting us by telephone, email or post. You can return items seven days from the first day you receive your order and they must be returned in an unused state and in their original packaging. Although we will refund the cost of the items, we will not refund any shipping costs that you paid.

Damaged or Faulty Products
It is an unfortunate and very rare event that a customer will receive a faulty or damaged item from us, but if this occurs we will always be more than willing to help. Please send the item back to us and we will refund the postage cost of sending the item to us as well as the cost of the damaged item.

Discreet Seeds’ Exchange Policy
Similar to our delivery policy, you must send any items you want exchange to us within seven days of receiving your delivery. Items need to be in a new and unused state, in their original packing and sent using a recorded delivery service. You must state which items you wish to receive as a replacement and we will then charge your card if there is any price difference for the items in the exchange and also the cost of sending these items back out to you.

Discreet Delivery
At Discreet Seeds we respect your privacy so any orders sent through us will be packaged in a plain grey bag that will not contain our company name, logo, or details or what the package contains. The only information that will appear on the envelope will be your name and address.

Super Discreet Delivery – No extra charged will be incurred for this service

We can provide a Super Discreet delivery option for extra security and privacy reasons. This entails seeds being removed from their original packaging and then put in to mini bags and labelled individually. They are then sent in discreet outer packaging.
