Can I collect my order?
Sorry, at this time we are unable to offer the ability to come and collect your items and orders should be placed online.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Discreet Seeds do ship worldwide however, when you place an order you are confirming that you have checked with your local law and you have the go ahead to place an order. We have two delivery options available for you to choose from, 'Discreet' - Your ordered items will be in their original breeder packs or 'Super Discreet' - Your ordered items will be removed from the breeder packaging allowing us to place these into small individually labelled bags for Super Discreet delivery. There is no extra charge for 'Super Discreet' delivery we provide this for extra piece of mind :-)
Do you send all seeds in original packaging?
We send all seeds in their original packets, unless you order a single seed, in which case they are removed from their original packaging. When checking out we do offer our Super Discreet Shipping method, if you choose this we will then remove seeds from their original packaging and clearly label them in small bags - we recommend this option if you are concerned with privacy.
Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?
All orders will be sent to you in an unmarked, brown padded envelope and only your name and address will be printed on the front. There will certainly be no reference to Discreet Seeds or the contents of the envelope on your package.
How will my order appear on my bank statement?
Similar to the packaging of your order, we try to make this as discreet as possible; therefore your payment will appear as ‘Discreet Gifts’ on your bank statement.
Will I receive a tracking number once I have placed my order?
When you have completed your purchase online or by phone, a confirmation email of your order will automatically be sent to you and another will be sent to you when your order is dispatched. This will contain your tracking number.
If you do not receive a tracking number, check your junk mail before you contact us; however, be aware that orders shipped using Airmail will not have any tracking information.
When will my parcel arrive?
We estimate 1-3 working days for UK mainland deliveries to be processed and they are easily traceable as they are sent recorded and signed for. If you are not there to sign for your order when it is delivered, the postman will leave a card stating delivery was attempted and when it will be ready for you to collect from your local depot or local main post office. If you fail to collect the parcel within the given time frame, the order will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt.
We aim to deliver international orders within 7-10 working days. However, please note that on extremely rare occasions they may take up to 21 working days. International deliveries are sent using the ‘track and trace’ method and will be posted through your letterbox if size permits this.
The majority of international orders do not require a signature when your order is delivered, although we do ask that you check this.
If the attempt to deliver your parcel is unsuccessful it will be returned to your local post office and a card will be posted through your door informing you of where your parcel has been left and when it will be available for collection.
What should I do if my seeds are faulty or damaged?
In the unfortunate event (and highly unlikely) that you receive a damaged order, please return the order to us and we will be more than happy to replace it. Once we have received your damaged order we will also reimburse the cost of sending the package back to us. (Please contact us via email as the sales line cannot deal with such queries).
Can I place a Postal Order?
No. Unfortunately at this time we do not process postal orders.
Do you have a Returns Policy?
Before you return an order you MUST contact Discreet Seeds by email, post or telephone as any returns must be consented by us. Any items that are returned to us without prior communication and approval will be sent back to you. Returns must be sent within seven days of you receiving your order and in an unused condition. Cost of the items will be refunded but we cannot refund any shipping charges.
What is your Exchange Policy?
If you want to exchange any produce you again must do so within seven days of your first receiving your order. Any items returned for exchange need to be in original packaging and in an unused condition. You must include which replacement items you would like us to send to you and then we will charge your card for any extra cost if there is a difference in price from your original order. Also, the shipping costs of sending these items to you will be charged from your card.
Do I have to pay for delivery for seeds?
Yes. All prices advertised on the website are the prices for seeds alone. When you reach the checkout stage a delivery charge will be added on to your order.
What do I do if I have problems placing my order online?
You may need to double check the details you have entered. The card you are using must be registered to the billing address as this may cause your order to be rejected. You may have entered your card details incorrectly, so you may need to check them again. Also, you must have sufficient funds in your account to process the transaction. If you are 100% sure that you have entered all details correctly please contact us so that we can help you through the process and try taking payment over the phone. You can telephone Discreet with your order and we can process card payments with this method. If you are an international customer please ensure that the card you are using is authorised for international transactions, this is the main reason for international problems!
I was ordering online and an error on the website occurred. Was my order processed?
If your order has been processed successfully you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Please check your email and junk mail folders for this confirmation and if you’re unable to find it, contact us via telephone or our contact page and we will investigate.
Will you ship my seeds in the breeder packs?
All of your seeds will be sent to you in their original breeder packaging.
If you select one of our Super Stealth shipping options however, we remove all of your seeds from the original packets and label them in individual mini bags for extra privacy and security.
Do I get a free seed with my order?
Yes. We always have new free seed offers here at Discreet Seeds which you can find more information about on our Free Seeds page.
Where do I use my discount code?
If you’re lucky enough to get your hands-on one of our many discount codes, there is a promotional box on the page where you enter your credit card details. Simply type or paste your code into this box.
What are the different methods of payment I can use?
All major debit or credit cards will be accepted for use when placing a telephone order. When placing an order via telephone, payments are put through a VSP terminal online and we do not hold any records or details of our customers once their payment has gone through successfully.
Telephone orders can only be placed if the card owner is making the payment to help prevent any fraud and we will also only ship the parcel to the billing address registered with the card, again, to prevent any fraudulent activity.
International gift cards can be used via telephone if you do not have the accepted credit or debit card. When you are using one of these you must include the banks details who issued the card in the billing address and your address in the delivery address. To activate this gift card for use overseas it is up to you to contact the necessary gift card company so they can activate it for you. Cards will not be accepted if they are not pre-registered for international use should you be ordering from outside the UK.
Bank Transfers can be used to pay for your order, simply click the 'Pay by Bank transfer' tab after placing your order. These normally take between 2-3 days to process your payment.
Am I able to buy single seeds?
Yes. There is a range of seeds where you can purchase just the one, singular seed.
How do I grow my seeds once I have received them?
We only sell seeds to be kept as souvenirs. We have seeds from the greatest breeders from across the world and some of the rarest and best varieties, however UK laws state the growing of cannabis is illegal and only allows seeds to be sold for souvenir purposed or for storage to preserve nature’s genetics.
