Kalidonia blends summery, joyful sativa sensations from a new short flowering parent of the sativa/indica version of New Caledonia, with the Asian exoticism and lucid relaxation of Ace Seeds' 4th generation Kali China elite.
A slightly indica dominant hybrid, small, compact, columnar, fast maturing, and very easy to grow, making it ideal for newcomers. It offers an intriguing range of mentholated, citrus, fruity, and blonde hash-like terpenes with an incense touch. Many plants mature with bluish and reddish hues when exposed to cold during flowering.
A feminized limited edition, available while stocks last.
Small, columnar plants, very easy to grow, with large leaves and indica dominant morphology. Excellent structure for both indoor cultivation and for terraces in outdoor settings.
The most common expressions begin with mentholated herbal freshness, followed by lively citrus, creamy, and sweet and sour Thai style notes, and a golden touch of blonde hash. Other fruity expressions evoking cherries and peaches can also be found. All plants tend to present the deep and complex 'Kali Chineseque' background, with final enveloping notes of mango, hash, incense, meat and leather (with some notes predominating over others depending on the plant).
Variety of well focused sativa/indica effects, cheerful, welcoming, and warm, of moderate to high potency, without being too anxious or intoxicating, allowing enjoyment at any time of the day.
Depending on the plant, plants with more sativa influence from New Caledonia can be found, offering clean, bright, and expansive effects. The more balanced sativa/indica expressions combine cerebral effects with body relaxation, generating healing, creative, playful and dreamy sensations. Other phenotypes lean more toward the indica side, providing a more relaxing and pleasurable experience, less focused on the cerebral effects.
It mainly contains the following monoterpenes: high content of beta myrcene and terpinolene, moderate-high levels of alpha pinene, moderate levels of limonene and beta pinene, and small amounts of trans ocimene, linalool and delta-3-carene. Sesquiterpenes: moderate-low quantities of beta caryophyllene, and small amounts of alpha humulene and guaiol.
Indoors, it can be grown very easily under an 18/6 photoperiod for the vegetative stage and 12/12 for flowering. Outdoors, it is especially suitable for outdoor cultivation in warm climates or with mild autumns (similar to the Mediterranean) up to latitudes close to 43º. Ace Seeds recommend moderate, slightly high levels of nutrients for the whole cycle.
