During the 70s, Highland Oaxacan Gold was one of the finest cannabis strains available in the USA, coming from the Oaxaca mountains in north Mexico. This weed was highly appreciated for its unique spicy, woody and fruity flavour, as well as for its cerebral and stimulant high.

This variety was successfully used by Norstar Genetics, who then shared their genetics with TGA. Subcool felt in love with the scent of this Sativa landrace and decided to make an hybrid with Space Queen, specifically with his favourite male, Space Dude. And so Pina Rita was born!

TGA's Pina Rita blends the flavour of both parents, resulting in sweet and fruity notes with candy, cherry and pineapple undertones. The effect of this strain is euphoric and cerebral, ideal to improve mood and motivate.

It stretches moderately (x2) during the flowering stage, either indoors or outdoors. Subcool recommends to prune the tops of the branches to get bushy plants, also using meshes or supports.
